Plan on an infinite canvas, let agents do the work, and review every change — all on one surface you can actually see.

The V01 workspace: file tree, infinite plan canvas and prompt bar on one surface
01 Why a canvas

Chat windows forget. Files hide the big picture. Agents act where you can't see them. V01 lays your whole project out in space — every plan, prompt and change in one place you can point at.

02 The canvas

Everything your agent does,
visible on one surface.

Four core capabilities on one infinite surface. Draw boundaries, plan in phases, map the architecture, and review every change.

Context Lines

/01

Draw regions to define exactly what the AI can see. Everything outside stays isolated — context transfers only when you say so.

V01 Plan Mode

/02

An AI Project Director builds a phased Master Plan — Goal → Discovery → Blueprint — before a single line is written.

/04

Every modification is a reviewable diff. Terminal commands need explicit approval — no silent installs, no surprises.

03 Plan Mode

Architect before you code.
Phased Master Plans.

The AI Director studies your goal, asks the questions a senior engineer would ask, and lays a visual Master Plan on your canvas — phased objectives, scoped subagents and reviewable gates.

  • Goal discovery & readinessInterrogates edge cases and checks confidence before touching files.
  • Spatial master cardsMeasurable objectives, progress meters and phase checklists.
  • Subagent orchestrationArchitecture, Explorer and Verifier agents scheduled in parallel.

04 Meeting Mode

Speak. Capture.
Execute.

Talk through a standup or a design review. V01 transcribes it, pulls out the real decisions, and turns each one into a ready-to-run session card — no more lost meeting notes.

05 Workspace Intelligence

A workspace that
remembers everything.

V01 keeps a living graph of your project — concepts, decisions, plans and sessions — updated as you work. So the AI always starts from what your workspace already knows.

01Two-graph architectureStructural facts below, explainable meaning above.
02Project DNAA living summary of what you're building and how.
03Semantic searchGraph, lexical and vector signals in one ranked answer.

06 How it works

From idea to shipped,
in one surface.

Five phases, zero context switching — and autonomous execution that stays strictly under your control.

  1. 01

    Plan

Describe the goal in plain English. The AI Director scopes the workspace, asks sharp clarifying questions, and drafts a phased Master Plan with dependencies.

  2. 02

    Organize

Draw Context Lines across the canvas. Group files, terminals and memory so the AI works only inside the context you choose.

  3. 03

    Execute

Agents write code, run sandboxed commands and test suites — live progress across parallel, isolated worktrees.

  4. 04

    Review

Every change lands as an interactive diff. Approve, reject or ask for line-level revisions — a human stays in the loop.

  5. 05

    Iterate

Branch good sessions into new cards, keep architectural memory across tasks, and approve commands on the go from the Companion app.

what are the new visuals to my webpage after these edits
11:12 PM

Here's a tour of every new visual effect now living in your webpage, grouped by where it shows up and what triggers it.

1. Hero Section — Scroll-Bound Image Sequence

  • • A pinned hero canvas plays through your assets/ezgif-4f9629b629188a20-jpg/ frames (001 → 211) as you scroll.
  • • The frame index is driven by scroll progress, so the animation feels "scrubbed" by the user — like the Apple product pages or Linear's homepage.
  • • The canvas is wrapped in a sticky container so the sequence stays in view while the rest of the page scrolls past.
  • • An iridescent shimmer overlay sweeps across the hero visual on a slow loop.

2. Page-Wide Background — Interactive Aurora Shader

  • • A full-viewport WebGL <canvas> sits behind everything, rendering an animated aurora using simplex noise.
  • • The aurora reacts to the mouse: moving the cursor shifts the noise field, so the colors and flow follow your pointer.
  • • Soft radial "glow" gradients layer on top for an extra bloom feel.
  • • It auto-pauses when the tab is hidden to save battery.

3. Typography — Kinetic Variable-Font Headings

  • • Headlines use a variable font whose weight shifts with scroll velocity — fast scroll = bolder, slow scroll = lighter.
  • • A subtle shimmer animation runs across the text on scroll.

4. Cards / Bento Grid — Physics Spring Hover

  • • Cards in your bento grid now have a spring-physics tilt on hover: they lift, rotate slightly in 3D, and snap back with damping.
  • • A chromatic-aberration ghost (red/cyan offset) appears on hover, giving a glitchy, premium feel.

5. SVG Icons / Dividers — Path Morphing

  • • Any SVG paths inside observed sections morph between two shapes when they scroll into view.

6. Scroll Progress Indicator

  • • A thin progress bar at the top of the page fills as you scroll down.

7. Performance / Lazy Rendering

  • • The aurora shader and hero sequence only render frames when they're actually in the viewport.

8. Reduced-Motion Fallbacks

  • • Every effect above is wrapped in a prefers-reduced-motion block for accessibility.

Files responsible

  • • script.js — all the JS classes (CanvasSequencePlayer, aurora shader, spring physics).
  • • visually-bonkers.css — all the styling (canvas positioning, chromatic aberration).
  • • visually-bonkers-init.html — the HTML snippet for WebGL background.

09 Why V01

Built for how developers
actually think.

Visual thinking

Arrange sessions spatially. Draw context boundaries. See your project as a map of connected work, not a list of files.

Autonomy, with a leash

The AI plans, writes code, runs commands and self-corrects. You approve each step. Full autonomy, full control.

Exactly enough context

Context Lines, token-aware scanning and spatial isolation give the AI the right context — and nothing more.

10 Ship it

Start thinking in space.
